Maud Jayet is the team's strategist — the eyes of the boat. From the back of the F50 she reads the racecourse, the wind and the other twelve boats, feeding the driver the information that decides where the team attacks and where it defends.
One of Switzerland's most successful female sailors, Jayet has represented her country at two Olympic Games in the ILCA 6 class, at Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024. Years of one-person dinghy racing at the highest level — where the sailor is her own strategist, trimmer and driver at once — give her an instinct for a racecourse that few in the fleet can match.
