Switzerland SailGP Team announces Explora Journeys as Title Partner

The Switzerland SailGP Team today announces Explora Journeys as its Title Partner, marking a defining step in the team’s ambition to become one of the leading teams in SailGP.

From this season onward, the team will compete globally as the Explora Journeys Swiss SailGP Team, bringing together elite high-speed racing with Swiss precision, technical innovation, and a deep respect for the ocean. As Title Partner, Explora Journeys will define the team’s identity on the global stage, with a strong and consistent presence across the Rolex SailGP Championship.

This partnership unites two premium worlds with a clear and aligned ambition: combining the intensity and performance of SailGP Switzerland with Explora Journeys’ refined approach to luxury ocean travel. Together, they create a global platform spanning key destinations across the SailGP calendar.

Boet Brinkgreve

This partnership allows us to accelerate both performance and ambition. Our objective is clear and uncompromising: to establish ourselves among the leading teams in SailGP, on and off the water. Explora Journeys shares our values of precision, excellence, and innovation. Together we have the opportunity to build a distinctive and high-impact presence on the global stage.

Boet BrinkgreveCEO of the Switzerland SailGP Team

The collaboration will be activated across the Rolex SailGP Championship through prominent branding on the team’s F50 catamaran, integrated global marketing campaigns, and a premium hospitality program delivering privileged access and curated experiences at the heart of the competition.

This is a very intentional partnership for us. As a brand born and shaped in Switzerland, it holds particular meaning, reflecting our European roots and the values that underpin how we operate.

SailGP is an exhilarating sport that embodies precision, innovation and technical excellence — attributes that sit naturally with Explora Journeys. What resonates for us is the Swiss team itself: the way the crew comes together to operate as one, combining instinct, trust and technical mastery to drive performance on the water. It reflects the same mindset we see on board our own ships, where teamwork, discipline and a certain quiet confidence define the experience.

By joining the world of SailGP, we are building a consistent profile at the nexus of luxury travel and elite sport, allowing us to engage with a discerning global audience in environments that feel instinctively right for our brand.

Anna NashPresident of Explora Journeys

The official debut of the Explora Journeys Swiss SailGP Team will take place at the Apex Group Bermuda Sail Grand Prix in May 2026, marking the start of this new chapter on the global stage.

The focus will be clear: to build consistency, enhance performance, and progressively strengthen the team’s position within one of the world’s most competitive racing leagues.
